Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Infrastructure Oversight: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the telecom technical grid (power systems, transmission lines, and related infrastructure) to ensure robust and reliable network support.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with network planning, operations, and field engineering teams to align grid capacity and performance with current and future telecom service demands.

Grid Performance & Fault Management: Monitor technical grid performance, troubleshoot faults, and drive resolution efforts to minimize downtime and optimize energy efficiency across telecom sites.

Compliance & Standards Enforcement: Ensure all grid operations comply with regulatory standards, environmental policies, and industry best practices while implementing upgrades to meet evolving technological requirements.
