| Job Description: |
- Liaison with Warehouse/concerned Manager to determine items to order
- Placing Orders and Processing Purchase orders
- Preparation of Letters of Credit
- Expediting routine follow up of shipment status and ensure that suppliers meet delivery promises
- Liaison with clearing agents/cargo companies to track the shipment/s
- Checking and Verifying Goods Receiving and Inspection report in coordination with Warehouse team
- Notifying Suppliers on short-shipped and faulty items received and taking the necessary action accordingly
- Filing and keeping records of all imports documents
- Submitting and communicating updating consignments status reports to the CEO
- Any relevant duty assigned by the CEO Or Line Manager
