| Job Description: |
- To achieve monthly sales target.
- To achieve bill productivity target and credit recovery targets
- Team retention and building.
- Splitting of targets by channel and by territory making PJPs
- Ensuring section wise ROI
- Implementation of the instructions received from the Head Office.
- Close interaction with the team and monitors their performance.
- Ensuring no violation of instruction/SOP is committed by their team
