Job Summary:

Handling inward sales queries in liaison with Sales and Technical staff, promoting sales of products and services to new/existing accounts. The successful candidate will have experience of selling products and/or services and will have strong interpersonal, negotiation and closing skills as well as the ability to work on their own initiative.

Qualification

Min. Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent

20-35

Job Responsibilities

·         Develops and maintains documents for participation in bids/tenders.

·         Handle incoming sales inquiries

·         Complete client follow-up from quotations to receivables recovery

·         Coordination with sales engineers and operations team for sales documentation

·         Keeping track of deliverables  receivables, earnest deposits and/or retention amounts with clients

·         General Administration of related operations

·        Follow-up of Outstanding Payments

Job/Person Specification

·         Ideal Candidate must have at least bachelor’s degree in business administration or related domain.

·         Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

·         Ability to work under own initiative

·         Candidates experienced in Invoicing and Taxation will be preferred

·         Candidates experienced in Bidding/Tenders will be preferred
