Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced call center agent for Inbound Customer Support position for Local campaigns.

You will be required to answer phone calls, emails and chats; primary duties include:

Answering phone calls professionally.

Providing Customer Support for our clients.

Assisting customers with their issues

Responding to their inquiries.

Job timings will be from 9AM to 5PM ( Monday to Friday ). Salary package is 14000 to 15000 during probation and 15000 to 16000 after probation + Performance incentive upto Rs. 3000.
