The responsibilities include handling Inbound international calls to sell Telecommunication products and services including cable TV, Internet, phone and security services to US-based consumers.

The ideal candidate should have an exceptional command on English language to understand and speak with the US-based consumers accordingly. He/she should have the flair to quickly analyze the consumer needs and offer suitable product fulfilling their requirements

Job Description:

• Answer inbound calls in timely manner


• Identify & analyze consumer needs, clarify information and offer suitable products as per consumer’s requirement


• Seeking opportunities to sell products


• Facilitate consumers by answering product queries; explaining procedures; providing detailed product information of the Service providers


• Ability to engage with potential customers


• Build sustainable relationships and rapport with consumers by going an extra mile


• Schedule follow-ups with customers wherever necessary


• Accomplish individual sales targets by successfully selling and serving inbound internet calls


• Always ensure excellent attendance and punctuality as per roster


• At least 6 months experience of selling US-based telecommunication service (Cable, Internet, Phone and Security Services)
