Job purpose

As an IT/NOC Team Lead you are responsible for business continuity and to take necessary actions should there be an issue. Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex operating systems. You will need to use monitoring tools and support systems to ensure that our development process runs efficiently. 

Daily work includes supporting our infrastructure in AWS, developing shell scripts, and working closely with other teams on new technical integrations.

Responsible for implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems.  

IT/NOC Team Lead Requirements

• Tier 2/3 - Systems Administration & Platform Operations for large-scale distributed infrastructure systems and client-server architectures


• Experience as a Technical Lead on a complex distributed systems project


• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms: Amazon AWS, Google App Engine


• Act as the primary technical point of contact and develop personal relationships related to the advancement of technology in our productions.


• Should have good troubleshooting & shell scripting for system automation


• Experience with *nix platform (Linux preferred)


• Work hand-in-hand with partners and DevOps engineering support via support escalation models


• Excellent communication skills


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
