Must Love to do:
- Greet individuals entering office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments within and outside the establishments
- Deal with queries from visitors, callers & clients
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Responsible for manual attendance for the whole staff
- Supervise housekeeping staff and make sure that office premises is kept clean
- Any other task assigned by competent authority
