Responsibilities

LIAISON:

  • Preparing visa cases, searching specific information, Liaison with the high management regarding all the civil external affairs.
  • responsible to meet civil government authorities for smooth operation in Pakistan.
  • Responsible for all the Movement NoCs if requested.
  • Responsible for all the Program NoCs.
  • Having Good Public Relations Within the local/federal civil government authorities.
  • To liaise with Govt. and non-government organizations i-e Ministry of Economic Affairs Division, Ministry of Interior, SAFRON, CCAR, Immigration Office, Federal Board of Revenue, Federal Board of Statistics, CDA, IESCO etc.
  • Responsible to take care of all CDA, IESCO, SNGLP and any other government department notices.
  • Assist in processing of Foreign visas for expatriate
  • Assist in the processing of Pakistan visas for expatriates
  • Assist in the Processing of Abroad Visas for national staff.
  • Filling/typing/maintenance of proper records with proper retrieval system.

Skills Required:

Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good Level of verbal and written communication in English. Ability to organize work to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Dealing with Government Departments at District & Provincial level will be given importance.

Pillar 2 – Income generation and sustainable livelihoods – ACTED has extensive experience in this sector including market-oriented vocational trainings, basic skills development, as well as on and off-farm livelihood assistance;
Pillar 3 – Social cohesion and access to basic services – ACTED improves access to basic services through a range of measures including support for educational institutions, community infrastructure and local governance. Social cohesion is a key component to ensuring equitable service provision. ACTED’s interventions include the establishment of local representation bodies as well as supporting the rights of women, minorities and marginalized groups;
Pillar 4 – Environmental protection and community resilience – This pillar aims to mitigate some of the effects of recurrent disasters, climate change and environmental degradation. Interventions start at a household level, such as construction of fuel efficient
