We at Avento Solutions are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to be part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Bidding on different freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Truelancer, Fiverr, etc.
• Taking the initiative for business growth and presenting concrete ideas
• Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Manage outbound lead generation platforms
• Make cold calls for new business leads
• Support in writing new business proposals
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients/ stakeholders
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong customer service skills
• 1 - 3 years of experience in the Software Industry (must)
• Experience in Data or Email Scrapping & Data Mining
• Experience in generating leads from (Upwork, LinkedIn, Google, Indeed, Glassdoor, Fiver, Freelancer, Angel.io, Crunchbase, etc.)
• Must have good negotiation skills
• Must be able to create good presentations
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
• Must have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Salary Bracket

• Salary bracket ranges from PKR 35K - 80K + Commissions
