Job Description: |
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive who is both creative and strategic in their approach to using social media to drive business results. If you are passionate about leveraging social media platforms to engage with audiences, build brand awareness, and drive revenue growth, As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and curating content, managing social media accounts, and developing strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's social media strategy across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora and Reddit.
- Create content for social media channels, including written copy, graphics, and videos.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and phrases
- Manage social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics to track performance.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Develop strategies to increase engagement, reach, and followers across social media channels.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including developing ad creative, targeting, and tracking performance.
- Measure and analyze social media performance, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Utilize Google Merchant Center to manage and optimize product listings for Google Shopping
- Monitor product feed performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with social media algorithm changes, Google Merchant Center updates, new features, emerging platforms and best practices.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 02 To 05 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Experience managing social media accounts and developing engaging content.
- Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Experience with SEO tools, such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Experience in website listing in different search engines, such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, and others.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and experience managing ad campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
