We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive (prior experience with Software House only) to help us expand our client base. The goal is to stimulate sustainable financial growth by increasing business and building strong Client relationship.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy that focuses on financial gain and client satisfaction.
• Do research to identify new markets and client needs.
• Arrange business meetings with potential clients
• Promote the company's products / services that address or anticipate client objectives.
• Make business proposals to ensure compliance with the rules and guidelines set by law.
• Provide reliable after-sales feedback and support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree along with 1 to 2 years of experience in Software house
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
• Good to have experience in customer service.
• Proficient MS Office and CRM software skills (such as Salesforce)
• Ability to establish good relationships.
• Planning and time management skills.
• Able to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Work according to different time zones.
