Preparing and presenting product knowledge to clients through ppt presentations and other material.

• Client handling and relationship building.
• Coordination with Director Sales regarding client and other activities planned with Director sales
• Managing all marketing stuff for for director sale's client presentations
• Make sure availability of stationary (catalogs, Batches, gifts, Brochures etc.) by coordinating with marketing department.

Scheduling meetings and preparing minutes of meeting

• Maintaining log for stationary in coordination with marketing department.
• Arrangements for presentations and distribution of supporting documents to Clients
• Maintain and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.

Maintain all the documentation related to  sales.

• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering their quires during presentations.
• Establish active communication with in the organization and engagement with clients.
• Collaborate with management staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining Week-end feedback reports.
