Job Description:

E-lite Corporation is looking for an experienced, passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as C.S.R in a reputed organization. The desired individual must have work for a company selling products online & physical store. Must be good in dealing with customers on calls, Handling product databases,s and maintaining records of online sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to a customer query on calls on a daily basis
  • Understanding of company’s products, services, and policies.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives & follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Handling the customer's emails, complaints and chats for websites and social media channels.
  • Answering customer inquiries, generating sales online and successfully processing orders.
  • Responding to customer’s queries and chats regarding products & services.
  • Working effectively in a team environment to meet goals and objectives.

Skills:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Social media pages management
