Their work includes:
- Manage daily operations of branch in the absence of Branch Manager
- Assist Branch Manager in implementing business development strategies
- Assist Branch Manager to achieve sales target and projected profit
- Assist in supervising and evaluating branch staff to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to job description
- Assist Branch Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies
- Develop plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service
- Assist Branch Manager/Sales Head in evaluating performance of employees
- Resolve customer problems, complaints promptly and efficiently
- Seek out new sales opportunities through calls, networking and social media
- Demonstrate and present products to potential customers
- Aim to achieve weekly or monthly targets
- Negotiate/close deals
- Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
