The Role:

• As a Telesales Executive, you will be focused on getting customers to onboard with us and also offer our service to potential customers.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Proactive outbound calls to customers for sign-ups
• Generating leads through direct calling
• Use our CRM to enable us to effectively engage with customers
• Signup/close sale

Suitable applicant will ideally be/have:

• Proven telesales/proactive customer relations experience
• A passion for sales 
• The ability to build rapport with new and existing customers
• Practiced in working to targets
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a busy and challenging environment
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
