Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced customer service resource to join our growing team.


The incumbent will be responsible for;



  • Handling international customers via email & other support platforms.

  • Responding to the emails regarding products and services.

  • Replying to customer's calls for queries and complaints received.

  • Convincing the customers while portraying the positive image of the company. 

  • Resolving the disputes (Payment, Negative feedback) of customers by convincing them.

  • Follow-up & coordinate with different departments.
