Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Males/Females for our US-based client

Job Role:

  •  Managing all queries of existing/new clients.
  •  Giving quotations fulfilling client's needs.
  •  Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  •  Provide exceptional customer service promoting services.
  •  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
  •  Resolve problems and assist customers.
  •  Accurate data input and maintenance of client information
  •  Ensure maximum security and confidentiality of customers' assets.

Requirements:

  •  Must be fluent in British/American accents.
  •  Must have excellent communication/presentation skills.
  •  Time management skills.
  •  Must be sharp in customer dealing.
  •  Proven experience of customer services role

Timings:

  •  1800 Hrs- 0700 Hrs (Monday - Friday) or as per client's demand.
